Who We Are
Fannin County is home to two new lakes: Bois d'Arc Lake and Lake Ralph Hall. We are a public utility agency organized for the purpose of aiding, assisting, and acting on behalf of the Members to plan, finance, construct, own, operate, or maintain facilities necessary for the development of a regional surface water supply system in Fannin County Texas.

FCWSA meets monthly on the fourth Thursday of each month at 4 P.M. at the Derrell Hall Education Center at 2505 N. Center Street, Bonham. TX . Anyone interested in the development of surface water in Fannin County is encouraged to attend.
